How can I order products in your online shop?
As a rule, you can order products simply by adding them to your shopping cart and then completing the ordering process. Make sure you provide all required information such as shipping address and payment details

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are usually stated on the website. Express shipping options may also be available at an additional cost

We currently ship within the entire EU.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, you should contact us immediately. We will then look for a solution together, be it a refund, an exchange or a repair.
Can I return products if I don't like them?
We offer a return option within 14 days, provided that the product is unused and in perfect condition with its original packaging.
